Elgin Patriotic Memorial Assn. (EPMA) Our group has been planning Elgin's Memorial Day programs since 1892. We always welcome new member organizations to join us in honoring our veterans each year.

Elgin IL Memorial Day
May 25th 2026
There are 4 ceremonies.
Mount Hope 8:45 This is about 10 minutes long follow by Catholic Mass.
Lakewood Memorial Park 9:15. This is about 10 minutes long.
Veteran’s Memorial Park 9:45. This is about 20 minutes long.
Bluff City Cemetery 11:00. This is about 1 hour long.
There is no parking at the GAR.
