📣 Rescheduled Kick-Off Night!

Due to last week’s storms, our Elgin Youth Choir Kick-Off Night is now happening this Monday, August 25 at 6:30 PM at the Elgin Math & Science Academy in the Art Barn! 🎶✨

We’re bringing back the same fun night of music, info, and community to launch our season. When you arrive, keep an eye out for signs to guide you to the Art Barn!

The passing of Matthew Bishop, our beloved Elgin Youth Choir Director, leaves a hole in our hearts and our organization. We are saddened by his untimely death. Matt's approach to teaching music was to teach life through song. Gregarious and personable, he saw that rehearsals were filled with laughter, love, and song and each student felt accepted. His concerts allowed students to shine vocally, whether they were beginner or advanced singers. He will be sorely missed.

You are invited to an afternoon of holiday music presented by the Elgin Youth Choir on Sunday, December 17 at 3:30 p.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in East Dundee. Santa will make an appearance and you will get to sing seasonal favorites with the choir. Tickets are $15 at the door. We hope you will join us!

September 11th - First Parent/Singer Meeting
Building F - Room F205
The meeting starts at 6:00 pm.
Singers will then have a combined rehearsal from 6:40-7:10 pm while families go through the final steps of the registration process.

Treble Choir (grades 2-6) meets from 5:20-6:40 pm
Touring Choir (grades 7-12) meets from 6:20-8:15 pm
