Some will be welcome. Some might be uncomfortable. Some may come and go before you even notice them.

Instead of judging your emotions or trying to push them away, what if you approached them with curiosity?

✨ Notice them.
✨ Be curious about them.
✨ Seek the wisdom in them.
✨ Have compassion for yourself.
✨ Remember they are temporary.

Every emotion has something to teach us. The more we listen, the more we understand ourselves.

You don’t have to love every feeling. You just have to make space for it.

Last week we featured our Kitten Yoga event, but we know not everyone is a cat person! That’s why we partner with NAMI Pasco to bring to the community too. Last Saturday, another group came out for an all-levels yoga flow taught by Guava-Rose, joined by some adorable service pups.

Missed out? We’ll be bringing back both Kitten Yoga and Puppy Yoga this fall, so stay tuned to our events page on Facebook and our website for upcoming dates and details.
