🚜 Attention Putnam County Fair Livestock Families – Sunday Load-Out & Clean-Up

To help keep traffic moving safely and efficiently during livestock load-out and fairgrounds clean-up, we ask that everyone follow the designated traffic pattern.

➡️ Enter through the Track Gate
⬅️ Exit through the Gun Range Gate

Using this one-way traffic flow will help us minimize congestion as the carnival is also departing the fairgrounds Sunday morning.

‼️ATTENTION BEAUTIFUL BARN PEOPLE‼️

Tonight is probably the biggest night for all of us in the barn. We all need to work together and have the barn clean for tonight. Please have the barns swept and chairs moved out of the barn so buyers can see your animals and be able to talk to you guys.

For parking you can park inside the fairgrounds in the field beside the campers. If you do that you need to be parked before the fair opens and also you can’t leave until the fair/auction is over whichever is latest. If you don’t want to do that we urge you to start parking at the middle school. We have a shuttle and will be shuttling buyers and people parking at the school in. Thank you all for a great week and let’s have a great sale night!

🚨 Help Us Protect Our Fair Facilities 🚨

Unfortunately, the portable restroom trailer closest to the livestock barn has been vandalized twice this week, resulting in unnecessary repair costs for the Putnam County Fair.

➡️Please do not stand on the toilets. They are not designed to support that kind of weight, and damage affects everyone who uses the facilities.

We ask everyone to help us keep the restrooms clean and in working condition for the remainder of the fair. Please report any vandalism or damage to a fair board member or the fair office.

‼️The restroom trailer will be closed nightly at 11:00 p.m. and will reopen when the fairgrounds opens.‼️
