The pile of limbs at the water tower has been burned and the limb wagon is back for normal brush drop off. The limb wagon will not be open the week of June 29-July 5th for the 4th of July preparation.

The PVOA is aware that the sirens are not working in Park View. LMI has been contacted and will be out to check them as soon as possible. Please refrain from contacting the Scott Emergency Communications Center as they are aware and the problem is not on their end.

FYI- due to the excessive amount of trees and limbs from the storms, maintenance is starting a pile on the ground in the parking lot at the water tower. This will remain open for the next two weekends. Please be courteous and dump in the pile as this will need cleaned up before the 4th of July Celebration.

There is one day left to pay your HOA dues without a lien being placed. If you need to check if yours are paid please contact the PVOA office Wednesday from 8-12. The number is 563/285-7804. Checks can be dropped in the locked mailbox by the road.

One week from today, June 10, 2026, any residents with unpaid HOA fees will have a lien placed on their property. This will make a total due of $270.00. Please pay $150 before June 10th to avoid a lien being placed.
The HOA office will be closed on Monday June 8, but will be open from 8-12 on Tues day, June 9 and Wednesday, June 10.
