2026 Fair schedule:

Wednesday, July 8th, START TIME 9 am
Showmanship (Oldest to Youngest)
Halter classes
Yearling Lunge Line
In Hand Trail
**Anyone exhibiting In Hand Trail and also, rabbits and poultry will be first so they can make it to their next show.
Sunday, July 12th, SART TIME 9 am
Horsemanship (Oldest to Youngest)
All other riding classes

Hopefully the weather is great for each show. If we need to make any changes I will post them.

I hope to have all patterns posted by the first of next week!

We want everyone to have a successful and fun fair!

**UPDATE**
I believe the arena will be dry enough for showmanship night. I will check it again around 5:30 and give an update if it is still too wet

Hi everyone!
A quick note, we WILL be having class tonight. This is a showmanship class so no riding. You will be able to ride before or after class in the arena if it is fit. If the arena is not fit then we will be holding class in the cattle barn. I'll try and update as soon as possible on which place!

Due to the severe storm rolling in, we have decided to cancel class for tonight, June 4th. We may post a make up class in the future. That is still to be determined. Stay dry everyone!

Hi Everyone! We can't believe it's already June!

Please remember if you are showing at the county fair you are required to attend 4 classes. The Back roads show June 20 does count as a class!
Here is an updated list of the remaining classes:

June 4- Games
June 11- Showmanship
June 18- Games
June 20- Backroads show
June 25- Western Pleasure and Horsemanship
July 2- Review and Fair prep
Hardin County Fair
Wednesday July 8- Showmanship, Halter, Lunge line and In hand Trail
Sunday July 12- All riding classes

We want every exhibitor to have a successful project class and County Fair experience. If anyone has questions or concerns please reach out to the leaders!

Hello everyone!
There is a slight change to the schedule. Our gaming classes will be held June 4th and 18th. This Thursday will will be working on Ranch Riding and Huntseat. If you have any questions or specific skills you'd like to practice please reach out and let us know! See you all on Thursday!

ATTENTION
If you are using the horse arena during non class hours, please be sure to leave it as you find it.
This means if you bring barrels, poles, or trail obstacles into the arena, please take it all back out and put them back.
Be sure to close all gates and have them secured.
We strive to keep the facility orderly and maintained through our wonderful volunteers, however everyone doing their part makes it easier!

Here is the 2026 Horse class schedule
We have one major change for this year. A two day show at Fair! We will be doing all non riding classes the morning of Wednesday July 8 and all riding classes Sunday July 12.
Our classes will again be on Thursdays from 6-8 starting April 2 in the classroom.
April 2, 9, 16 are classroom with TBD speakers
April 23-Showmanship
April 30- Horsemanship
May 7-Western Pleasure
May 14-Trail
May 21-Games
May 28-Ranch & Huntseat
June 4-Trail
June 11- Showmanship
June 18-Horsmanship/WP
June 20-Backroads Show
June 25-TBD
July 2-TBD
July 8-Hardin Co Fair Horse Show
July 12-Hardin Co Fair Horse Show

We are working hard on lining up speakers and clinicians to help all the kids improve and learn this year. Mackenzie Deeringer and Aspyn Rinay are so excited to meet everyone and get to work on having a successful season!
