Located between Liberty and Sykesville Road in Eldersburg, Maryland, our community consists of 108 single family homes.

Hi Neighbors. On December 16th, starting at 0730am. The HOA will be conducting a tree survey alongside Appalachian Tree Service. Our goal is to identify trees in the common areas that are in need of removal or pruning.

Trees of concern are a risk to your fences, decks and homes if they were to fall. The HOA has a program that covers half the cost of removal, on a discounted group rate. We are also working in the off season to help lessen the cost.

If you are interested in having any trees assessed or any questions regarding the program, please email [email protected] by 12/14 to be included in this upcoming survey.
