Kaneland SPEAK Support Professionals’ Education Association of Kaneland (SPEAK) SPEAK is supported by KEA but are two separate Association supported by IEA & NEA.

Membership includes; part-time and full-time, health aides, secretarial staff, paraprofessionals, nurses, cooks, dishwashers, RtI math and reading assistants, teaching assistants, security and study hall supervisors of the Kaneland Community School District 302.

SPEAK is proud to endorse three candidates in the upcoming School Board election. Addam Gonzales, Aaron Lawler, and Jennifer Simmons have demonstrated their dedication to our schools, students, and community. We look forward to the future of Kaneland School District with their leadership on the board.

Thank you to all of our support staff!
Our cafeteria staff feed our students. Nurses take care of their health needs. Paraprofessionals provide support academically and emotionally. Security staff strive for safety. Our secretaries handle so much for our staff, parents and students! Library secretaries get books into those eager hands. Our schools could not run without ESPS! Thank you for the hard work you do EVERYDAY!
