Conley Outreach Community Services Conley Outreach has been “Caring for the Heart of Community” for over 35 years.

Our services fall within three primary program areas: 1)Grief Care 2) Resource Referral and Advocacy and 3) Community Services. Our grief care division includes 4 adult support groups, family and children's events, a summer day camp and onsite crisis assistance. The West Towns Human Services Network links over 500 families each year to health and social services within a 4 county area. Our community services include financial assistance to qualified residents, a holiday gift program, the Community Care Team volunteer network and a family nurturing program for families of early childhood special education children.

Our 16th Annual “Cooking Up Comfort” Chili Cook-Off was a success! Thank you to C.A.S.I. for sponsoring us and Kuiper’s Family Farm for hosting. We would like to announce our People’s Choice Award Winner was Marty Apel, Chili #3. We would like to share that Marty graciously donated his cash prize to Conley Outreach’s Good Grief Fund. Conley Outreach Community Services would like to wish all of our farm families a safe and prosperous harvest! We recognize the community we serve is still very rural and rich in agriculture. We would like to remind everyone to please take care when driving and respect the farm traffic on the road. It is the least we can do for our farmers who provide so much for us! ❤️
