A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported our event! We truly appreciate everyone who participated, donated, volunteered, bid in the silent auction, and helped make the day such a success. Your support means so much to our community and to all the kids who took part. We loved seeing all the smiles, excitement, and memories made throughout the day. We couldn’t do it without all of you — thank you again for making it such a fun and memorable event!

The Weather looks great for Tomorrow!! ☀️

We’re excited for our Youth Fishing Contest & Silent Auction happening tomorrow!

Kids can start fishing whenever they’re ready—no morning registration needed. Just make sure to bring your biggest single fish to Elba Memorial Park by 2:00 PM to be officially weighed and entered. Trophies will be awarded for 1st–3rd place in each category shortly after!

Two categories:
– Trout (Rainbow & Brown)
– Rough Fish (Carp & Sucker)

While you’re there, don’t forget to check out our silent auction—we have some great items up for bid, Bidding closes at 3:00PM.

Come out, enjoy the day, and make some great memories. We can’t wait to see everyone there!

Join us on Saturday, May 9th for a fun day of fishing! There’s no need to register in the morning—just head out and start your day fishing whenever you’re ready.

Be sure to bring your biggest single catch to Elba Memorial Park by 2:00 PM to have it officially weighed and registered. Trophy presentations and prizes will follow shortly after!

🏆 Competition Details:
• Two categories:
– Trout (Rainbow & Brown)
– Rough Fish (Carp & Sucker)

• 1st–3rd place trophies awarded in each category

• Winners determined by fish weight of your one biggest catch

The Whitewater Valley Youth Fishing Contest is a FREE event in hopes of providing an unplugged opportunity for families to invest in each other by spending quality time together away from the distractions of everyday life. Ww believe that fishing transcends generations, builds stronger relationships and sparks a foundation of stewardship that will last a lifetime. 🎣

We are looking forward to seeing all the families who are going to take the opportunity to get outdoors and join in on the fun!! 💫

Even with the cold and windy weather, we had an amazing turnout and loved seeing so many smiling faces. Your support, energy, and enthusiasm made the day truly special.
