🌹 With full hearts, we reflect on the beautiful Celebration of Life for our beloved Soror Christina Carr-VanDunk.

We are deeply grateful for the love, prayers, and presence of all who came together to honor her life and legacy.

A special thank you to Kayla Turnage, Field Representative for Assemblymember AnaMarie A’vila Farias of the Fifteenth Assembly District, for presenting the framed documents in Christina’s honor.

We also extend our sincere appreciation for the Proclamation issued by County Board Supervisor , recognizing Christina’s life, service, and impact.

Soror Christina’s light, faith, and legacy will continue to shine through all who were blessed to know and love her. ❤️

❤️ With love, gratitude, and heavy hearts, we remember Soror Christina Carr-VanDunk and the beautiful legacy she leaves behind.

❤️ Her life was a gift. Her love was felt deeply. Her legacy will continue to shine through every life she touched.

❤️ She loved CCAC dearly and often shared that love with us. She inspired Sorors to make a meaningful impact in our community and reminded us to live each day with purpose, forgiveness, and faith.

❤️ Though we mourn this deep loss, we will carry forward her spirit, her compassion, and her reminder that no problem is too big for God.

🙏🏾 Please keep her family, our chapter, and all who loved her lifted in prayer.

Delta Days in Sacramento was more than a gathering. It was a powerful reminder of who we are, what we stand for, and the responsibility we carry as Delta women. ❤️

From workshops and fellowship to prayer, legislative engagement, youth leadership, and time at the Capitol, this experience centered the work of advocacy, civic responsibility, and collective action.

Under the theme Black Health, Black Minds, Bold Futures, we reflected on the policies, systems, and decisions that shape our families, our communities, and the generations coming behind us.

We left Sacramento informed, inspired, and recommitted to using our voices in the rooms where decisions are made.

Social action is not just what we do. It is part of who we are. ✊🏾
