Welcome to the home of E.S.S.A., your community soccer program created in El Segundo with a primary focus on the continued development of El Segundo kids! The inspiration behind EL SEGUNDO SOCCER ASSOCIATION (“E.S.S.A.”) has been a number of years in the making. There have always been gifted athletes in our area, but there has never been an organization dedicated to the progressive development of
talented players over a longer period of time. E.S.S.A. is NOT meant to replace your child’s AYSO or club soccer experience, but rather to provide opportunities to enhance the player’s overall development between regular soccer seasons through elite coaching. The goal of E.S.S.A. is to provide players with the top coaching necessary to develop and reach their potential as soccer players. Our programs are implemented by some of the top club coaches in the Southbay! Our staff consists of seasoned veterans who have played soccer at a high level themselves and who have also spent years coaching and developing young players and successful club teams throughout Southern California. All of our program coaches have shown their commitment to the sport and to the education of young players by obtaining advanced club level licensing. Our program focus is on developing tactical skills and technical awareness to players at a young age in a fun environment and under well qualified coaches. Whether your child is an AYSO or future club player, or if they are just beginning to show an interest in the game, our program is specifically designed to provide a rigorous concentration on
the fundamentals. Come and be a part of this great program developed here in El Segundo and designed to provide our kids the opportunity to become some of the best players in Southern California. Community Pride is one of our fundamental core values, and it’s important that we maintain a welcoming environment for all of our members and their families. Our members may go to different schools and play for different teams, but they all have a sense of pride in our collective community.
