I’m excited to host Connection Catalyst × TAMHI: Creating More Humane Workplaces, a free five-day live online experience happening August 24–28.
I’m partnering with Towards A More Humane Industry (TAMHI), an initiative started by Jerrika Hinton, a performer and writer best known for her twenty-year career in the entertainment industry. TAMHI aims to gently shift a core, unspoken value of the workplace — survival.
I’ll be joined by Jerrika Hinton; Dr. Aasiyah N. Ghazi EdD, PhD, RBLP-T, whose work focuses on values-based leadership, resilience, burnout, and impostor syndrome; Dr. Henny Halim, Ed.D, whose work examines culture, leadership, decision-making, and communication; and Estelle Baroung Hughes, whose work centers on ubuntu, empathy, agency, peace, and sustainability.
Together, we’ll explore disconnection, stress and survival mode, culture, communication, trust, resilience, and what it takes to create more humane and sustainable ways of working and relating.
Monday–Friday, August 24–28
