New item of the day: Organic Leek Scapes!

We always love to bring in a variety of produce and this week, one of those items are leeks scapes! With a mild onion flavor, leek scapes can be eaten cooked or raw. Add to a risotto, a stir fry or in a potato salad.

You can pick these up at Spoon Flower Grocery for $3.79 a bunch, or you can order online and have them delivered Saturday morning.
