We had the pleasure of getting together with the Consulate of Mexico in Presidio, Texas to discuss the importance of navigating Alzheimer's and dementia. GWEP was proud to participate in yesterday’s 22nd Annual Red de Promotores Health Network Binational Conference, where our Program Director, Dr. Guillermina Solis, presented “Sistemas de salud amigables con las personas mayores: Guía para el cuidado de adultos mayores — Las 4M’s,” highlighting age-friendly care and the 4Ms framework. ✨

Together, we’re working toward stronger, healthier, and more age-friendly communities where older adults can thrive!
