WHY: I wanted to get back to the basics and help support the athlete in where they are in their goals and where they want to go. I did not want to be just a bike club or a running club or a TRI club… sure EVERYONE is welcome and I really want to support people at the core level and the work they do… with POSITIVE MOTIVATION AND SUPPORT.. I honestly believe we can collaborate as a group and support

each other’s strengths and weaknesses to be better. BUT not what I expect you to do or what anyone else expects you to be… WHAT YOU WANT TO DO and where YOU want to go with yourself!
