Thank you to everyone who came out to the Volunteer Meet & Greet we hosted last Saturday at Lost Dog Nature Preserve! Thank you to Borderland Mountain Bike Association for being present to share about our collaboration in maintaining these open spaces and trails for the community. 💪In addition to trail work, you can also give back by helping us educate others about the value of the Chihuahuan Desert, serving on one of our committees or our board, or even sharing your skills in graphic design/marketing! Who will assist in developing and growing the land conservation support, environmental education program, community partnerships, and strengthening responsible land stewardship, Frontera works to ensure that these special places endure for future generations. The Frontera Land Alliance protects and stewards the natural landscapes of the Chihuahuan Desert and connects people with the lands, waters, wildlife, and cultural heritage of the El Paso region.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Knapp Land Nature Preserve yesterday!
It was through the community’s hard work and commitment to the land that made it possible for Knapp to be protected forever under a conservation easement.
It was a joy to share the beauty and history of the land with our community, and in case you missed it, the celebration continues next week! 🎊
Join us Saturday, August 15th at the Lost Dog main trailhead for an evening of community, activities, a guided hike and talks from our partners.
