Course Description:
This seminar will discuss recent developments involving S Corporations, LLCs, and partnerships. Basis and debt issues pertaining to pass-through entities will be examined. Updated reporting issues will be discussed. LLCs electing S corporation and single class of stock matters will be covered. Deferred gain in liquidation of S corporation matters will be examined. Constructive Distributions and recent developments on self-employment tax will be examined as well.
