Emergence Health Network EHN offers services for mental health concerns, substance misuse and developmental disabilities We are consumer-centered and we believe in the people we serve.

Emergence Health Network is a community-based mental health/intellectual disabilities center and partner with the El Paso community. We aim to help our consumers solve their problems, improve their circumstances, develop their potential and become self-sufficient. EHN is result oriented. We measure our results and can show the people of Texas and the federal government what they get in return for their investment in human services.

While substance use disorders and mental health services are nothing new, it can still be a difficult topic to discuss with a loved one, and even more difficult to seek help.
