My favorite Show choir memory is going to Nationals sophomore year.

I’ve been a Mods Dance captain for 2 years, and I’ve received a few Best Performer Awards, ACDA All State Awards, and Dance Captain Awards

I participate in Track, Football, and Basketball

After highschool I plan on attending college for Business and Performing Arts.

My advice to the underclassmen is to use your time in high school to explore different interests and passions, and to enjoy it while it lasts.

My favorite show choir memories will always be the laughs I had in the cafeterias with my friends.

This year I am very thankful to be Hi-Fidelity’s president!

Other than showchoir, I participate in colorguard, winterguard, and the spring play.

After highschool, I plan to attend Southern Illinois University down in Carbondale to study criminology and criminal justice. After that, I hope to attend law school and become an attorney of some sort.

My advice to underclassmen is to put 100% effort into everything you do, otherwise you are wasting your own time.

My favorite show choir memory is the roaring applause at the Show Down every year - from entering the gym to performing on stage, the crowd is amazing. It’s always deafening and so exhilarating!

While in show choir, I have had the opportunity to be Hi-Fidelity dance captain my junior year and this year, I am dance captain for Modulations.

I am also involved in football cheer, girls basketball, and student council. I am also one of four class officers for the class of 2025. Outside of school, I have trained in ballet at Uptown Dance for 10 years.

After high school, I plan on finishing my GenEd classes at Heartland and completing my BSN at OSF College of Nursing! My hope is to become a pediatric oncology nurse!

My advice to underclassmen is to have a positive attitude! Life gets crazy and things get overwhelming, but enjoy every second! I know it’s cliché to say but 4 years really does go fast. Try to be positive and have fun even though it’s not always easy!
