🌟 ACHE of the Southwest Member Spotlight:

Crystal Archuleta

Crystal Archuleta has dedicated more than a decade to healthcare, building her career from a front office role into leadership positions in practice management, healthcare marketing, risk management, and quality improvement. She currently serves as Assistant Director of Risk Management and Performance Improvement and is preparing to begin a new role focused on quality, performance, and operational improvement.

Inspired by watching her grandparents receive care and growing up around her father's career in practice management, Crystal developed an early passion for healthcare leadership. She is committed to improving processes, driving meaningful change, and enhancing patient care throughout her community.

Crystal believes the most important leadership lesson is to never sacrifice your character for success. She encourages emerging healthcare leaders to stay curious, embrace lifelong learning, and continually invest in their personal and professional growth.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys gardening, painting, baking, hiking, and reading. Most importantly, she cherishes spending time with her husband and daughter, who are her greatest source of joy.

Please join us in welcoming Crystal Archuleta to ACHE of the Southwest! We are excited to have her as part of our growing network of healthcare leaders.

🩺 Men’s Health Month

This month, ACHE of the Southwest recognizes the importance of raising awareness around men’s health and encouraging proactive care at every stage of life.

Preventive screenings, mental health support, healthy lifestyles, and early intervention all play a critical role in improving outcomes and helping men live healthier, longer lives.

We also recognize the healthcare leaders, providers, and professionals who are working to advance access, education, and quality care for the communities they serve.

💬 How is your organization promoting men’s health and wellness in your community?
