It is with heavy hearts that the Extreme Weather Task Force honors the memory of Frank Ortiz.

Frank served our community with kindness, dedication, and heart, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

We extend our deepest condolences to Chair Grace Ortiz and her family during this difficult time. We keep them in our thoughts and prayers and send comfort, strength, and peace in the days ahead.

Frank’s memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched and in the community he so proudly served.
