I invite you to join us for this year's Day of Remembrance, marking the seventh anniversary of the tragic events of August 3rd. We will gather collectively to honor the 23 innocent lives lost, offer steadfast support to our survivors and their families, and reaffirm the deep sense of unity and resilience that characterizes El Paso. Our community continues its healing process through solidarity. Your attendance is an essential component of this shared journey.

•Location: El Paso County Healing Garden (Situated within Ascarate Park, 6900 Delta, El Paso, Texas 79905)
•Cost: Complimentary and accessible to all members of the public.
Schedule of Events
•Morning Observance
•10:30 AM | Community Sound Bath: A morning session dedicated to reflection and tranquility, facilitated by Instruments of Healing at the Ascarate Park Pavilion. No advance registration is necessary.
•Evening Memorial Ceremony
•6:45 PM | Arrival & Musical Prelude: Please gather at the Healing Garden for instrumental performances presented by El Paso Pro Musica.
•Official Welcome & Moment of Silence: Opening remarks will be delivered, followed by a unified moment of silence. A luminaria lighting ceremony will then take place, led by the United Way of El Paso County in conjunction with the victims' families.
•Invocations & Prayers: Spiritual words of comfort will be offered by Bishop Mark Seitz and Pastor Michael Grady.
•8:10 PM | Reading of the Names: Members of the El Paso County Commissioners Court will respectfully read aloud the names of the 23 victims as ceremonial light beams are illuminated in their honor.
•Closing Remarks: Concluding thoughts will be shared regarding our community's enduring strength and aspirations for the future.
