Hors d’oeuvres: Vegetable Platter - watermelon radish, carrots, zucchini, peppers, asparagus, broccoli, baguette, extra virgin olive oil, Maldon sea salt
Course 1: Heirloom Beans – assorted beans, peas, and lentils, fennel-seitan dumplings, tomato, parsley-pine-nut-picada
Course 2: Heirloom Tomato – haricot vert, marble potatoes, kalamata olives, chives, smoked-red-wine-vinaigrette
Course 3: Zucchini – arrabbiata sauce, arugula pesto, zucchini, tempura zucchini blossoms
Course 4: Pot de Crème – coconut, mandarin, pineapple, nutmeg, mace, chantilly
-Alcohol or specialty beverages may be purchased separately at the restaurant.
