Every year Donor Charm raises hundred of thousands of dollars to help support humane societies and Animal Shelters around the nation. This year was no exception we had the largest turnout to date and the funds raised will go to continue their mission on providing essential care to our furry friends.

Donor Charm is pleased to share an important leadership update.

Following a thoughtful transition period and in coordination with the Hernandez family and key partners, Jordan Barron has assumed the role of Executive Director, Owner, and primary point of contact for Donor Charm.

Donor Charm was founded by John Hernandez with a clear mission to support nonprofits through thoughtful technology, creativity, and service. That foundation remains at the core of everything we do. As we move forward, our focus is on continuity, stability, and ongoing investment in the platform and the community it serves.

What this means for our partners and users:
• All services will continue without interruption
• Platforms, data, and support remain secure
• Enhancements are underway to improve functionality and user experience

We are excited about the next chapter for Donor Charm and remain deeply committed to supporting nonprofits as they raise more, engage more, and create greater impact.

In Loving Memory of John Hernandez, Founder of Nonprofit Exchange and Donor Charm

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend and visionary founder, John Hernandez. John was not only the creative force behind Nonprofit Exchange and Donor Charm, but also a passionate advocate for the nonprofit community. His unique approach, generous spirit, and unwavering commitment to helping others made a lasting impact on countless organizations and individuals.

While we mourn this incredible loss, we are comforted by the outpouring of love and support from the community John so deeply cared for. A dedicated group of partners and colleagues are coming together to honor his legacy and ensure that his one-of-a-kind offerings and services remain available to nonprofits in need. This team will lead the search for a permanent director who will carry on John's work and vision for community philanthropy.

We want to assure you that Nonprofit Exchange and Donor Charm will move forward– each of us are committed to ensuring services are maintained with the same level of professionalism, commitment and passion. Please allow us to introduce our interim director Melissa Atkins Wardy, whom many of you already know as a leader in El Paso's nonprofit community. This year, we partnered with over **500 brands and companies**, bringing **$650,000** in in-kind and sponsorship support to our nonprofit partners. We also had the honor of working with nonprofits in **all 50 states**.

The best part? Discovering causes I might never have encountered and meeting the incredible people advocating for them. Their passion and dedication have been truly inspiring.
