Before we officially crown a new year of purpose, we want to say an incredibly deep, heartfelt THANK YOU to our immediate past President, Board of Directors, and Leadership Team. Last year, our guiding light was to be “Rooted in Community, Together We Serve, Together We Grow,” and because of your visionary guidance, JLEP didn’t just grow—we flourished! 💐

Behind every grand achievement this past year was a sea of late-night emails, personal sacrifices, and an immeasurable amount of love poured into our community. We felt that devotion in every corner of our work: from “An Enchanted Christmas” and the proud reveal of our beautiful new headquarters, to completely redefining the Women’s Wellness Summit as a vital community training. We saw it as we celebrated 15 years of Storytellers, distributing healthy snacks to hundreds of students, serving high-need populations, and pouring our hearts into renovating a comforting space for the Hospice of El Paso Pediatric Butterfly Program.

The culmination of all this tireless dedication was beautifully realized when JLEP was awarded the AJLI Award for Community Impact on the international stage.

To our outgoing leadership: thank you for tending the soil so beautifully. Because of your grace and sacrifice, our League is standing taller, stronger, and more unified than ever. We love you ladies. ❤️👑

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that The Junior League of El Paso was awarded the AJLI Award for Community Impact (Division III) last night at the AJLI International Conference!

This incredible international honor recognizes our dedicated wellness outreach and programming over the last several years, and specifically highlighted our transformative work with Girls on the Run (GOTR) and Music Therapy for the Elderly.

As an award centered on creating long-lasting, measurable change through collaboration and creative problem-solving, this is a true reflection of years of hard work, passion, and dedication by our incredible trained volunteers and community partners.

Thank you to every member, partner, and supporter who has poured their heart into these programs to serve the unmet and underserved needs in the El Paso community. We are so proud of what we have accomplished together, and we are honored to represent El Paso on the international stage in Indianapolis! ❤️

The stage is set for our 15th Anniversary! 🌟

We are officially one day away from Storytellers 2026 at the El Paso Country Club! To ensure a seamless experience for our sold-out crowd, here is your final checklist for Saturday evening:

🌵Arrival & Check-In: Please plan to arrive between 5:00 PM – 5:15 PM to enjoy the full guest experience. We are a ticketless event, so simply head to our digital check-in tables upon arrival!

🌵Attire: Our theme is Western Chic. As this is an outdoor event, please dress accordingly. We’re expecting a beautiful El Paso evening with temperatures ranging from 51°F to 75°F—we recommend a stylish layer for when the sun goes down!

🌵Dining: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Signature Hors d'oeuvres & H***y Tonk Pre-Show. 8:00 PM: Full Cowboy Cookout Dinner Banquet.

🌵Payments & Activations:
*CASHLESS: All activations (including the Wine Pull, Raffle, and Market) are cashless. Please ensure all activation payments are settled in full by the end of the event.

🌵”Cash” Bars: The bars will be available for drink service throughout the evening. Please note that these will also cashless payments!

As we prepare for a sold-out Saturday night at the El Paso Country Club, we want to introduce the powerhouse team behind the 15th Anniversary of Storytellers. This committee has spent months ensuring every detail—from Nashville hitmakers to the visuals of our program—celebrates our community’s place and purpose.

Led by our Endowment Fund Development Chair, Stephanie Hernandez, this group of dedicated volunteers is the heartbeat of this year’s success:

🌟 Committee Members: Stephanie Schilling, Aidan Gordon, and Tara Livingston (our incoming Endowment Fund Development Chair!).

🌟 Sustaining Advisors: A heartfelt thank you to Debbi Hester and Stacie D***s for their invaluable guidance and mentorship throughout this milestone year.

🌟…& the preceding legacy of Storytellers Chairs: We proudly honor the 15 years of leadership that built this event. Our past Endowment Fund Development Chairs laid the foundation for the impact we make today, and we are so proud to carry that torch forward.
