Jefferson County Long Term Recovery Group is hosting an in person iSTAT registration event to assist Jefferson County households in reporting storm related damages through the iSTAT tool.

The opportunity is especially intended for residents who may be experiencing technology barriers, remain without power or internet access, or simply need assistance completing and submitting their damage report.

Event details are provided below. Please help us spread the word by sharing this information with your partners, colleagues, community networks and through social media.

The more impacted households we can reach, the better we can help ensure storm damages across Jefferson County are accurately reported.

Our teams continue to spread blessings and complete work projects for families who have needed their homes fixed and quality of life returned. God has moved through our teams love for service and craftsmanship.

We are still actively searching for volunteer groups to come help us complete the overwhelming need for work that is waiting to be completed. We got a request from a family this week all the way in Jacksonville, Texas. Our team split up and tackled multiple projects for multiple families the last couple of weeks. The heat has not let up. But our guys have been serving the Lord and our clients with all they have. We still need and are looking for volunteers and groups who want to come be a part of the delivering these blessings to families in need. Completing these projects for these amazing families who are in such great need is a blessing to those who provide it as well. We are bettering the quality of life for all the families we come in contact with. Come be a part of it with us.

The last couple weeks our team has been in three counties battling the heat and obstacles on job sites. But have stayed determined and faithful to serve the Lord and our clients. We have had an uptick in request from families in need. And we are working diligently to get to those families. We could truly use some more volunteer help to get to the other families in need quicker. If you, your church, your civic group would like to volunteer for a project please contact us today. We have housing available for groups that want to travel as a retreat or mission trip as well. It will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do serving!

Our teams have been battling heat and rain while trying to get two different projects completed in Hardin County this week. One of our clients is a Korean and Vietnam War veteran who takes care of his wheelchair bound wife. Everyone involved in this one this week shed some happy tears when this blessing was complete. Our partnership with Texas Ramp Project has allowed us to help so many people truly in need to better their quality of life and safety in and around their homes.

We are in need of volunteers and volunteer groups to get more projects on the waiting list completed. Please call or contact us and see how you can be the hands and feet of Jesus and bless others who truly need our help completing projects at their homes. Individuals, civic groups, businesses that want to do team building we will help make sure all volunteers are put on projects they are comfortable working on and have on site leadership to make sure the project is completed safely and professionally.
