Teen Challenge El Paso

Teen Challenge El Paso The Faith Based Solution to the Drug Epidemic Who is Teen Challenge El Paso (TCEP)? TCEP is a 10-12 month program and houses 13 women. Who does TCEP Help?

Teen Challenge El Paso operates a faith-based women's 24-hour live-in residential facility. TCEP endeavors to help adult women find hope and recovery within a Christian residential setting. Our program helps women learn how to live a life free of drugs, alcohol, prescription medication and other life controlling issues they were once addicted to. What does TCEP charge for services? Out of 240 Tee

n Challenge centers located throughout the United States, TCEP is the final center to offer services FREE of charge. Our program is FREE to students who want to come into our program. How does one get into our TCEP program? Contact is made by the prospective student by phone or email to our program director, Betty Aguilar. The program, contents of our handbook and our Christ-centered message is discussed thoroughly with the prospective student. All of this is done so that the prospective student is fully aware of what TCEP is about and what is to be expected of them upon entering our program. Our only criteria is that a person is tired of the life they have lived and want to make a change through Christ. What is Provided for the Students? TCEP is a Bible School environment. Students are provided with 40 hours of Bible education per week that teaches them life skills and enables a graduate of our program to live a productive Christian life. The moral training to live a life that is now capable of handling many of today's problems. What does TCEP cost per month? Again, our program is FREE of charge to our students; however, it costs between $1,400 to $1,800 to house a student for one month in our residential facility. By the time a student graduates, approximately $18,000 has been invested into their life. TCEP depends entirely on donations from our community and other sponsors in order for us to invest in the lives of these women at no cost to them. Through prayer and His faithfulness, and your financial giving, TCEP endeavors to help women become mentally sound, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically well and spiritually alive.

God's grace and blessings to everyone who has followed and visited our Teen Challenge El Paso page. My name is Albert Ibarra, Executive Director of Teen Challenge El Paso. We are in the process of changing our ministry name from Teen Challenge El Paso to Freedom In Christ Residential Centers effective January 1, 2020. I thank The Lord for 30 years of service under Teen Challenge. We have come to this decision after months of prayer, counsel from Pastors and more prayer. Our Men's and Women's Centers are still located in the same place (Grandview and Baptist Publishing). Our structure will remain mostly the same. We will continue to be completely free of charge for those who have cried out to God for help. We do not work our students to raise money for the ministry (Ezekiel 34). We do not receive state or federal money to run this ministry. Our biblical convictions and my personal conviction in "Christ Alone" comes before name recognition and the dangers of secular influence upon a work of God. Our office number for the Men's (915-566-0719) and Women's Center (915-566-1197) will remain the same. If you would like more information and have more questions, please contact me, Albert Ibarra at 915-637-1769. We thank all of you who continue to pray and support Freedom In Christ Residential Centers.
