Please understand that you will be charged for a copy if requested from Hiett since this is a fairly large document. Some common infractions include adding storage units to property. ANY storage building is prohibited unless it is constructed of the same materials as your home and it must be approved by the HOA board prior to construction. All trashcans must be OUT OF SIGHT after trash pick up. No trailers or RV's may be parked on any property for longer than 24 hours. These are just a few common problems we have within our community.
