Hospice El Paso We provide comfort, care, hope and choice to patients at the end of life's journey while guiding their loved ones through the grieving process.

Hospice El Paso is a nonprofit organization and El Paso's oldest and largest hospice. We provide medical, emotional and spiritual support for terminally ill patients and their families in El Paso County. Care is provided at home, foster homes, in nursing facilities or at Hospice El Paso’s beautiful new in-patient facility, the Center For Compassionate Care-West.

Summer is here, and while we’re looking forward to sunny days, the rising temperatures can be dangerous for our most vulnerable neighbors. ☀️

We are proud to support the Extreme Weather Task Force Fan Drive by donating fans to help keep our community cool, safe, and comfortable this season. A simple fan can make a massive difference in someone's health and quality of life during a heatwave.

Want to join us in making a difference? You can also help out by dropping off fan donations directly to our office! We will make sure they get right into the hands of neighbors who need them most.

Honoring the Memory of Shep 🐾
Today, Hospice El Paso remembers a very special member of our volunteer family. Our beloved therapy dog, Shep, has passed away.

Shep was more than just a visitor; he was a source of comfort, a reason to smile, and a calm presence for patients and families during their most difficult moments. Whether he was walking the halls or sitting quietly by someone’s side, he brought an irreplaceable joy everywhere he went.

We are deeply grateful for the time Shep spent helping people navigate their journeys with a wagging tail and a kind heart. He will be greatly missed by our staff, our volunteers, and the many lives he touched.

Rest easy, Shep. Thank you for everything. 🕊️
