We provide comfort, care, hope and choice to patients at the end of life's journey while guiding their loved ones through the grieving process.

Hospice El Paso is a nonprofit organization and El Paso's oldest and largest hospice. We provide medical, emotional and spiritual support for terminally ill patients and their families in El Paso County. Care is provided at home, foster homes, in nursing facilities or at Hospice El Paso’s beautiful new in-patient facility, the Center For Compassionate Care-West.

We had the best time joining our friends at El Paso Children's Hospital for their Holidays in July celebration. A huge thank you to the entire EPCH team for inviting us to be a part of such a special day. We loved having the opportunity to bring the Valentine's spirit to summer and share some joy with the kids and staff! ☀️💌

A heartfelt thank you to William Beaumont Army Medical Center for inviting the Hospice El Paso team to provide an in-service for their medical residents!

Education is such an important part of ensuring patients and families understand the full range of care available to them. Conversations about hospice help future physicians recognize when hospice may be appropriate, understand the benefits of early referrals, and see how compassionate end-of-life care can support not only patients, but their entire families.

We are grateful for opportunities like this to connect with our medical community, share knowledge, and help prepare the next generation of physicians to have thoughtful, informed conversations about hospice care.
