This class provides an opportunity to learn about and practice mindfulness meditation techniques. This class encourages the cultivation of awareness, compassion, and acceptance. During each class, a topic related to mindfulness is introduced, followed by a guided meditation practice.

National Wreaths Across America Day is almost here! On December 16th, more than 3 million volunteers will place balsam wreaths at over 4,200 participating locations across the country. This event provides a wonderful opportunity for communities to come together and say thank you to all who have served and sacrificed for our freedom. With each wreath placed, the volunteer will also say the service member’s name out loud and keep their memory alive. Let's honor our heroes and ensure that their legacies live on.

Registration for the National Veterans Summer Sports Clinic (NVSSC) opens on Dec. 1, 2023, and runs through March 1, 2024. The 2024 NVSSC will take place August 25-30 in San Diego, California, offering an extended opportunity for Veterans to partake in adaptive sports
