Thank you to all who joined us at our last meeting April 14th. Awesome information was shared by City Rep Deanna Rocha about Meta being built here in our city. thanks to Miguel Guerrero with the office of city Rep Lily Limon who also provided updates on requests for improvements on Yermoland and Lafayette next to E.L. Williams park. Also thank you to Mrs Woodruff, Bel Air Board Member, who provided information on challenges facing YISD.

Dates to remember:
May 12th meeting at 7968 San Pablo (Environmental Services Bldg) entrance located in the back where mural is located.

June 6th: 3rd Annual Cookout at Ralph T Cloud Park (Yucca Park) from 10-3pm Lots of free food, games and activities for everyone to enjoy with family and friends. We will also have community outreach programs, our scholarship presentation, dance groups and music from Rhapsody! Everyone welcome!
We hope to see you there!

Thank you City Rep Ms Lily Limon, 915 Tree Keepers and everyone who volunteered their time to plant 25 trees at EL Williams Park today! Our Little league ballpark will soon be providing shade for everyone to enjoy while watching the little ones play! Join us on April 14th for our next meeting at the Municipal Building 7968 San Paulo (next to the Judge Marquez Library) at 6 pm. Thank You Again, Together we can make positive changes to our community!

We would like to thank everyone who attended the forum for Justice of the Peace Precinct 5! A special thanks to ALL the candidates for participating and giving us, the constituents, an opportunity to meet and greet each one! We learned more about their backgrounds, skills, plans, views and their qualifications for this position. Early Voting begins Tuesday Feb 17th- Feb 27, 2026! Make your voices heard and go Vote!

Happy New Year! As we reflect on 2025, we are so proud of all our accomplishments this past year. We look forward to helping our community again this year. We are anxiously awaiting the construction of 2 Pickle Ball courts at Ralph T Cloud Park and the installation of 2 picnic tables with shade at Lionel Forti Park. We look forward to awarding $1,000 scholarships to 3 Bel Air Seniors. The recipients will be awarded their scholarships
And at our annual cookout! We thank everyone who has participated with our fund raisers as this helps us give back to our area schools and other community initiatives.
Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, January 13th at 6pm at the Municipal Environmental Services Building on San Paulo Street next door to the Judge Marquez library. We would love to see you there!

On behalf of the Ralph T Cloud-Bel Air Neighborhood Association we hope everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving Day with family and friends!! We are proud to have donated 25 turkeys to area families in need for our 3rd Annual Turkey giveaway. Turkeys were taken to our area schools for distribution which included North Loop, Sageland, Loma Terrace, Bel Air Middle School and YWLA. We also received 15 additional turkeys through private donations. These turkeys were given to Senior Citizens in our community. This included 3 bags of groceries and pies! We are proud to have had the opportunity to help our neighbors. We couldn't have done it without your support with our fund raising efforts during the year! Thank you!!!

Reminder, it's Time to "Clean Up"! We will have city trash containers at Ralph T Cloud Park on Saturday October 18th! Gather large items you would like to get rid of and drop them off at the park!
During our last meeting we presented an award to Ruben Mendoza owner of ET Cable for his outstanding support to our neighborhood association. We also presented our city representatives with shirts as our honorary members of our neighborhood association. Thank you again to everyone who has helped us raise funds for our scholarships. We truly appreciate you! Our next meeting will be on Wednesday November 12.

We are thrilled to announce we just received the "Community Leadership Award" by the City of El Paso's Community & Human Development Dept in Partnership with the Neighborhood Coalition at the 20th Annual Neighborhood Summit on Sat. Oct 4th! This award was truly unexpected! We would like to thank God and ALL our Members of our Association for their hard work and dedication to improve and make a difference in our community. We would also like to thank "YOU " in our community who have supported our community functions to help raise funds for Scholarship opportunities to Bel Air Seniors. We are also excited to announce we were awarded, through the NIP (Neighborhood Improvement Program), the following improvements to our parks: 2 pickleball courts at Ralph T Cloud Park and 2 Picnic Tables with shade at Lionel Forti Park (near baseball field). We are literally on "Cloud 9" with all the positive changes happening in our area! Attached are more photos of our Neighborhood Bash, and upcoming community events. We hope to see you at our next meeting Oct 14th!

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our "SOLD OUT" Neighborhood Bash! Thank you to Rhapsody Band for another outstanding performance, the VFW Post 8782, and other private donors who made this day unforgettable! We enjoyed great food, great music among family, friends, alumni and made new friends as well! Thank you to all our committee members who give so much of their time and support. Most importantly we feel blessed we raised money for our Scholarship Fund which will make a difference in the lives of 3 Bel Air Seniors! We also take pride in supporting our Bel Air feeder schools. Join us for our next meeting October 14th! Once again, thank you!
