Here’s another Monday playlist. We chose songs from artists where woman are front and center or comprise all of the band. In this list you will find that we included BIPOC and LGBTQIA artists that we are fans of as well. You will find a mix of tunes from vintage classics to modern sounds. Take a look and explore these artists on your favorite streaming platform (preferably one that pays artists better) or better yet pick up vinyl, a cassette, or a cd at your favorite record store.

Huge shoutout to Mike Hernandez, one of our leaders at You Rock!, for an awesome event at Franklin High showcasing young talent in our city. Bands from multiple high schools performed to a festive crowd on a gorgeous afternoon. Mike leads the production course at Franklin that produces original songs for a yearly album from students. We’re so proud Mike is part of our camp!!!
