I’ve enjoyed being in Bastrop for the Texas Municipal League Small Town Conference and connecting with local leaders from across Texas.

One thing remains clear: strong public schools are deeply tied to the long-term sustainability, workforce strength, and resilience of our communities. If we want strong communities tomorrow, we have to be willing to invest in them today.
