Favorite EXIT 49 event: San Felipe Park Cleanup | 01.10.26

Favorite EXIT 49 memory: My favorite EXIT 49 memory this year was volunteering in general. Not only did I build new relationships, but I also got to know my friends even more than I already did. We would laugh, have fun, and enjoy each other’s presence while giving back to the community, and that’s what made it so memorable.

What would you tell other students considering joining EXIT 49?
I’d tell other students considering joining EXIT 49 to join. To me, it was a new experience, and I’m glad I took that chance. Not only did EXIT 49 give me the opportunity to grow, but also to influence and reach my community in a way that I couldn’t alone. It’s an environment where you can not only grow as a person, but also create everlasting memories that stick with you even after it’s over.

What would you tell other students considering joining EXIT 49?
I’d tell other students to join EXIT 49. It’s honestly really rewarding and worth it. We don’t just help our own community, but also other communities around us.
