11 Doctrines of The Salvation Army
1. We believe that the Scriptures of the Old and New testaments were given by inspiration of God, and that they only constitute the Divine rule of Christian faith and practice.

2. We believe that there is only on God, who is infinitely perfect, the Creator, Preserver, and Governor of all things, and who is the only proper object of religious worship.

3. We believe that there are three persons in the Godhead - the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost, undivided in essence and co-equal in power and glory.

4. We believe that in the person of Jesus Christ the Divine and human natures are united, so that he is truly and properly God and truly and properly man.

5. We believe that our first parents were created in a state of innocency, but by their disobedience they lost their purity and happiness, and that in consequence of their fall all men have become sinners, totally depraved, and as such are justly exposed to the wrath of God.

6. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ has by His suffering and death made an atonement for the whole world so that whosoever will may be saved.

7. We believe that repentance towardds God, faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, and regneration by the Holy Spirit, are necessary to salvation.

8. We believe that we are justified by grace through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ and that he that believeth hath the witness in himself.

9. We believe that continuance in a state of salvation depends upon continued obedient faith in Christ.

10. We believe that it is the privilege of all believers to be wholly sanctified, and that their whole spirit and soul and body may be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

11. We believe in the immortality of the soul; in the resurrection of the body; in the general judgement at the end of the world; in the eternal happiness of the righteous; and in the endless punishment of the wicked.

What a blessed worship service on Sunday, March 15! đź’›

We were so glad to welcome back Majors Analese and Paul Ryerson and their children. Major Paul brought the message, “The Heart of the Matter" based on Matthew 22:34-40.

With beautiful music from the brass band, timbrel brigade, and vocalists, it was a truly uplifting time together! 🙌

On March 8, we celebrated Women’s Sunday as part of International Women’s Day. Major Eloisa Estrada brought the message “Under Attack” based on Psalm 91, reminding us that in all battles, God is our refuge and protection.

The service included several special performances that made the day even more meaningful. We also took time to recognize all the women in our congregation and express our gratitude for the dedicated leaders of our Women’s Ministries.

Thank you to every woman who faithfully serves, leads, encourages, and strengthens our church family. Your impact is a blessing to us all.

THANK YOU!
We are so incredibly grateful to everyone who supported our Enchilada Plate Fundraiser! From those who donated, to those who purchased plates, to every volunteer who cooked, packed, served, and prayed over this event — we could not have done this without you.

Because of your generosity and support, the funds raised will help send our youth to camp for a weekend retreat where they’ll grow in faith, build friendships, and experience God in a powerful way. What you gave isn’t just a meal — it’s an investment in the lives of our young people.

Thank you for showing up, serving with joy, and believing in our youth. We are truly blessed by this community! ❤️

Yesterday, we celebrated Corps Cadet Sunday at The Salvation Army El Paso Citadel Corps. Our Corps Cadets and youth leaders shared their hearts through a Cardboard Testimony, reminding us how God continues to heal, restore, and work through our stories.
