Chief Emeritus Wayne C. Clayton Foundation The Wayne C. Clayton Foundation is dedicated to fundraising and promoting charitable activities designed to benefit the youth & seniors of El Monte.

This year the Board of the WCC Foundation is honoring the life and work of one of our beloved co-founders, Emily Ishigaki. Emily was tireless in her efforts as a resident, a school board member, a councilwoman and as a leader of many philanthropic efforts to help children and seniors. For over 40 years she was on the forefront of events and activates to better the lives of all of the residents in

our community. This annual event was her brainchild and she made it an amazing event each year by leading the effort. Your attendance participation in the dinner this year will make a substantial difference in that work continuing to help boys and girls and seniors through our cities.
