Celebrating Briana Morales — Our New West Valley Community Center Administrative Coordinator!

Briana’s journey is woven into the heart of our organization. She first came to the Center as a child, grew into a dedicated volunteer, and has spent years serving as a trusted and caring before and after‑school classroom instructor. Her story is a true reflection of what community, opportunity, and commitment can build.

Briana consistently goes the extra mile — whether supporting families, helping staff, or stepping in wherever she’s needed. Her exceptional customer service, reliability, and deep understanding of our mission make her an incredible fit for this new role.

West Valley Community Center offers our deepest thanks to LD Resource Foundation Action, New York City for their commitment to our children through technology. Established in 2001 their mission is to maintain an on-going commitment to inform, inspire, and empower individuals with learning disabilities, Dyslexia, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD); providing access to invaluable resources and tools to overcome barriers and positively impact one’s daily literacy journey.

While watching this video of our first week of summer school, I am struck by how much Zahavit Paz and the team at LDRFA have given our center in support of all our students, children and adults. Bringing education to life for all children and especially those underprivileged families who are challenged with learning disabilities and don't know where to turn for help. Their advice and donations to our Innovation Lab were remarkable!
