Village of the Coastside The Village of the Coastside is a non-profit which promotes a vibrant community and a healthy quality of life with neighbors helping neighbors.

We provide social connections, access to services, learning opportunities and activities that enhance wellness Our homes are here and we finally have time to really enjoy them. But many of our members have worked over the hill for years and haven't had the chance to make Coastside friends. The Village of the Coastside is an affiliation of like-minded people forming a virtual village to share experience, lively conversation, fun and games, understanding and support. We've all heard that it takes a Village
- and ours is based on a national model of villages helping people age in place. The Village model has been called the "grassroots solution for middle income people to gain access to resources and social connections". Community and Services

As part of our research, we conducted the Coastsider's Dilemma Survey and a number of local informational exchange sessions. As a result of our evaluation, we feel confident that there is sufficient support for membership and interest in volunteering to provide services for a successful Village of the Coastside. Village of the Coastside
- is a membership-based organization available to adults living in Half Moon Bay, El Granada, Moss Beach, and Montara. Neighbors helping neighbors! Senior Coastsiders is our fiscal sponsor and VOTC accepts tax deductible donations.

If you’re curious about artificial intelligence but haven’t quite known where to begin, Village of the Coastside invites you to a free, beginner-friendly introduction to AI with Norman Weekes, founder of AI4SavvySeniors.

Designed with older adults in mind, this practical, approachable presentation will explore what AI actually is, how it can be useful in everyday life, and how to begin using it safely and confidently. No technical experience required.
