5/23 testing results, and just wow, if yuckmaxxing is your thing, Capistrano Outfall is your place🤮

That doesn’t mean the rest of the coast is particularly pristine right now either. But at least Jetty returns as our coastal clean water bright spot.

5/14 testing is in, and Princeton Jetty has oddly spiked to unusually high levels of contamination at the moment. Elsewhere is very similar to last week.

Last week’s testing (4/16) shows that - while still not great - bacterial levels dropped substantially a few days after the last storm. With the next storm system coming through today and tomorrow, we recommend giving 72 hours for water quality to improve before getting in the ocean.

🌎Earth Day beach cleanup done and dusted! 🌊♻️

Together, we removed over 85 lbs of trash and 15 lbs of recycling, an incredible impact for our coastline.
