After the Bell is back for the 26/27 school year! This program is designed for our members who are in grades K-4, attending El Dorado, whose parents work and need just one day assistance, due to the school districts early release. We enjoy STEAM activities, building friendships, and creating yummy snacks! Follow along for a year of fun!

Earlier this week we started off the morning learning how to make chicken spaghetti, green bean bundles and m&m cookies! Not too many pictures of the girls in the kitchen but they enjoyed it! Then we spent some time on the sewing machines and made a cloth bookmark! Thank you Ms Bethany, Ms Lauren and Makena for teaching this class!

Our Horizons summer time classes are so much fun! They last longer than our normal after school classes so we get to be more hands on. We made biscuits and strawberry jam last week. The girls learned about the canning process and made everything from scratch!

We are in need of individually wrapped snacks and blankets for our kiddos!

Each child that comes to the center for a forensic interview or for therapy gets a snack while they are here, and blankets are used to provide an extra layer of comfort for some of our other kiddos. We are running very low on both at the moment.
