On Saturday, October 24th, eXtreme Prevention, a service of SHARE Foundation, will sponsor a bi-annual Prescription Drug Take-Back Drive-Thru Event at the El Dorado Walmart Pharmacy entrance, located at 2730 N. West Ave. from 10 am – 2 pm. Local law enforcement personnel from the El Dorado Police Department will be on hand to collect the unneeded medications from citizens.

Take-Back Day offers free and anonymous disposal of unneeded medications at more than 4,000 local drop-off locations nationwide.

Collection sites will not accept syringes, sharps, and illicit drugs. Liquid products, such as cough syrup, should remain sealed in their original container. The cap must be tightly sealed to prevent leakage.

SHARE Foundation is now accepting applications for Spring 2027 scholarship consideration. The online application deadline is November 15, 2026.

Funded entirely through generous donations, SHARE Foundation Scholarships help students pursue education and training in healthcare and mental health career pathways that strengthen the local workforce.

We are excited to announce that the 33nd Annual First Financial Bank SHARE Benefit Golf Tournament will be Saturday and Sunday, September 26-27, 2026, at Mystic Creek Golf Club & Lions Club Municipal Golf Course.

Proceeds will support the Father Bob Allen Charitable Clinic and its mission of providing quality healthcare to uninsured and underserved individuals in our community.
