"A legacy of service to the community". The Red Devil Chefs were organized in 1968 by eleven local businessmen, in order to provide the community with the ability to handle large cooks for various functions. The Red Devil Chefs are formally organized under the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce.

Averaging between 15 - 25 cooks per year, it is estimated to date that they have grilled in excess of 27,000 steaks and 195,000 hamburgers, plus chicken, pork and sausage, etc.
