𝙃𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙒𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣'𝙨 𝘿𝙖𝙮!

International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women and is one of the most important days of the year to:

- Celebrate women’s achievements
- Educate and raise awareness for women’s equality
- Call for positive change advancing women
- Lobby for accelerated gender parity
- Fundraise for female-focused charities

Today, and every day, we are celebrating our three Spurs FC women coaches - Coach Gina, Coach Mary, and Coach Sam - for everything that they do for our players, club, and community.

We want to see more women coaches in youth soccer and beyond!

We’ve added a record of 28 new referees to our arsenal!

In February, we held 2 referee courses and have trained 28 new referees!

Anyone still interested in becoming a referee and was unable to attend the courses, can do so by following the instructions at the link in our bio.

Our Lil’ Spurs program is gearing up for SPRING!

The first step in our Spurs Player Pathway, Lil’ Spurs (3-5 year olds), focuses on coordination and gross motor skills with a soccer ball, cooperation and teamwork, building confidence, self awareness and emotional strength, and establishing 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞.

Spurs and Mavericks players and coaches had an amazing year of soccer!

As 2022 comes to a close, it’s time to reflect on and be proud of how much work and fun was had over the last year and look forward to 2023 and our inaugural year as Eastshore Alliance FC.

💟𝗦𝗽𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗙𝗖 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀💟

We only have 𝟮 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 𝗟𝗘𝗙𝗧 of our Raise Craze fundraiser and have completed 𝟮𝟯𝟯 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀! 100% of the money raised will benefit our financial aid program which aims to provides assistance and access to players and families to the high quality Spurs FC soccer experience.

Check out these Spurs players, coaches, and parents who went out and picked up trash in their local neighborhood!

Congratulations and well done to Spurs FC and Mavericks SC players who were selected for ODP rosters!

These exceptional athletes are true models of the dedication, hard work, and mindset it takes to develop into amazing soccer players. We are so proud of them and know they will represent their clubs with pride.

The Olympic Development Program is a national process for identifying and developing the best youth soccer players. The process promotes players to the U.S. National Teams, which represent the United States in international competition, such as the Youth World Cup and the Olympics.

Each state association identifies and develops youth players throughout the country to represent their State Association and the United States in Regional, National, and International soccer competitions.

Cal North ODP is dedicated to developing the highest level of youth soccer in an atmosphere of integrity, fairness and impartiality. The player’s physical and cognitive skills and attitude are the only criteria for the program.

☃️⚽️𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗿 ⚽️ ☃️

The Spurs x Mavs Alliance Winter Street Soccer Program is an 8-week, fun, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor street soccer program and a great way for players to continue working on individual technical skills and athleticism.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
* TWO practices a week with a professional coach (1 hour/session)
* ONE Performance/Injury Resistance Class per week with PhaseFIT Gym (45 minutes/session, online & in-person)
* Games every weekend (4 in-house tournament style games and 4 pick up games within age groups)
That’s 4 sessions per week - AMAZING!
* Total Training Sessions = 16
* Total PhaseFIT Sessions = 8
* Total Games = 8
