Good morning Post 340 members and veterans. Today, we will be celebrating the life of our recently passed friend, veteran and mentor, Kenneth "Ken" Earl Ford. Ken was a member of Louis Hagen Post 340 and tirelessly contributed to our group of veterans. Ken served as our Vice-President and our Boys State representative.

Ken's efforts through his outreach to local high schools through the American Legion Boys State Program to get young men involved in the understanding of state government functions and supporting the development of young leaders will be greatly missed. Ken was passionate about mentoring young men into future leaders and his efforts will have long term benefits to the local El Cerrito area.

Please join us at the Louis Hagen Post 340 Veterans Building to celebrate Ken Ford's life and contributions to our local community.
