Today at YAMS, we had the opportunity to learn about the importance of healthy living. They shared valuable information on nutrition, balanced eating, portion sizes, sleep, and other healthy habits that help support our overall well-being.

After the presentation, participants got to express their creativity during a fun art class!

Today our YAMS participants had the opportunity to learn lifesaving skills from an amazing group of nurses! ❤️🩺

They taught us the basics of first aid, CPR, and what to do if someone is choking. Thank you for taking the time to educate our youth with knowledge that could one day save a life!

Today in YAMS, we learned about the difference between empathy and sympathy. Understanding others’ feelings helps us build stronger relationships, communicate with kindness, and respond to conflict in healthier ways. ❤️

Growth starts with accountability. Today, our YAMS (Youth Anger Management Services) participants reflected on their actions and wrote an apology, taking responsibility for not fully participating in group. We’re proud of the effort they’re making to learn, grow, and do better each day. ❤️

Looking for a positive, fun, and supportive summer program for your teen? Join Youth Anger Management Services (YAMS) this summer and help your teen build the skills they need to thrive!

📅 June 29 – July 24, 2026
👥 For teens ages 12–17

Through an evidence-based curriculum in a welcoming environment, participants will learn:

🚗 Drop-Off: 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM
