We are aware that many spectators had difficulty purchasing tickets from their mobile devices at the Region 13 UIL contest on Saturday. We wanted to share an update from UIL staff: The ticket processing company experienced server issues that affected several contests statewide. They are working to refund the duplicate charges to those who unintentionally paid multiple times.
