Attention all high school seniors! Did you know that only 3 out of 10 students will succeed in transferring to a four-year institution? But here's some good news: students who participated in dual-enrollment programs were 2.5x more likely to transfer. At CTSN, we're committed to your success in transferring to a four-year college or university.

Our Strategic Vision lays out our plan for achieving this goal, including reaching HS students early to ensure they have a transfer plan in place once they enroll at a CCC, providing workshops and webinars that help students navigate California's higher education landscape, and leveraging social media to broaden our reach.

And the best part? Our services are completely free! Our team of experts will review your transcripts, develop a personalized transfer plan, and even review your college applications. All you have to do is send us your transcripts, your intended major, and the school you want to attend.

Join us in our mission to help more students transfer to a four-year institution. Visit our website to learn more about our organization and use our free services today.

AB 91 is a bill that could potentially open up educational opportunities for low-income students living in Mexico.

If approved, community colleges within the San Diego and Imperial Counties Community Colleges Associations (SDICCCA) will be able to waive non-resident tuition fees and receive funding for a limited number of these students.

This is especially important for those who live within close proximity of the California-Mexico border, as it would allow them to pursue their academic goals without being held back by financial barriers.

The bill is a pragmatic solution that could help bridge educational and economic gaps for residents of California and Mexico.

What do you think about the bill? Let us know in the comments below!
