Eielson FSS Child & Youth Program While this is an open forum, it's also a family friendly one, so please keep your comments and wall posts clean. Air Force or Department of Defense.

Our programs employ staff who have the qualifications and training required to protect the health and safety of children and provide a program of developmentally appropriate activities. In addition, we ask that you follow our guidelines below. If you do not comply, your message will be removed. We recognize that the web is a 24/7 medium, and your comments are welcome at any time. However, given the need to manage federal resources, moderating and posting of responses to comments will occur during regular business hours Monday through Friday. Comments submitted after hours or on weekends will be read and possibly responded to as early as possible; in most cases, this means the next business day. Guidelines:

Have a passion for dance or gymnastics and enjoy working with youth? The Youth Program is seeking enthusiastic adult contractors for the 2026–27 school year!

We’re looking for 1–2 instructors ready to share their skills, give back to our youth, and become part of a fun and supportive team at the School Age Center, Mon - Thurs from 5:00–7:00 PM.

💰 Earn up to $319/week per full-time child

🏀🧗 YOUTH FIELD TRIPS ARE BACK!
Give your youth something fun to look forward to! Youth Programs has three upcoming field trips for ages 9–18, with space limited to 12 participants per trip. Departure/Pick Up at SAC.

🏀 UAF Men’s Basketball
📅 November 6 | 6:00–10:00 PM
💲 $15 | Register by October 29

🧗 Ascension Rock Climb
📅 December 4 | 5:00–9:00 PM
💲 $30 | Register by November 19

Registration is through CYPBMS. Participants must have a current/updated account and current immunization record, including this season’s flu shot. A completed liability waiver is also required for the December rock-climbing trip before registration can be processed. Don’t have a CYPBMS account? Call Youth Programs at 907-377-5437 for assistance.

Dinner is not included for any of the trips. Youth attending the basketball trip should bring money for the snack bar.
