Since the weather has once again changed our Sunday plans, we’ve decided to turn it into an opportunity to drive around and give back. We’ll be driving around Atlantic City, handing out blessing bags and sleeping bags to those in need on the streets. A huge and heartfelt thank you to the Gamberg family for their incredible generosity in donating 10 fully stocked blessing bags, William Hamilton for sleeping bags and Burton Family for all your donations- your kindness truly makes a difference and means more than you know.

Built with Love will be running its annual Super Bowl Block Pool, with all proceeds benefiting our charity!

Blocks are $20 and the payouts are:
1st quarter - $150
Halftime - $300
3rd quarter - $150
Final - $500

If you aren't familiar with block pools, here's how it works:
Choose any block (the numbers and location don't really matter, you'll find out why later). Once all the block have been selected, we will randomly assign numbers from 0-9 for each team to a particular row or column. We'll do this via Facebook live so everyone is able to see the process. These numbers then represent the last number in the score for each team. For example, if the score is NFC 17 - AFC 14, the winning block would be the one that aligns with an NFC number of 7 and an AFC number of 4. Scores are taken after the 1st quarter, halftime, 3rd quarter, and the final score so there are 4 chances to win!

We’re officially on the hunt for new stuffie options beyond Build-A-Bear 🧸

This wasn’t an easy decision. Built with Love began 14 years ago because of one single stuffed bear given to a little boy bravely battling leukemia. That bear sparked everything.

But like so much these days, the cost of those bears has risen significantly. While we want to continue giving adorable, high-quality, cuddly stuffies to kids who need them most, we also need to be mindful of costs — for our donors and for us.

Our goal for the 2026 season is to get back to what we love most:
🧸 Hundreds and hundreds of bears covering our basement floor to ceiling.

So we’re asking for help 💙
